Our design
approach focuses on simplicity and conciseness of idea and expressing strength
using light shade of brown and giving it a corporate yet contemporary look
using the metallic shade of cream yellow and combo-white background. Utilizing female
people-photos makes it an easier medium to convey the idea of a people-oriented
service company and human interaction with technology to clearly depict
company's efficiency.

SERVICE REQUEST
CONSULTATION - The first
and most important part of the process of designing and developing the web site
is our consultation with you, the client. Together, we will determine the
design of your web site, layout of the website, the contents of the website,
the overall look and feel, color schemes, logos and navigation features
specified by the client.
PHOTO/SCANNING - As a web
developer, we require original pictures and images to prevent copyright laws.
We have added free photo session during the first consultation with our client.
*Limited to CA clients only, other states travel expenses will apply (Photo
prints excluded). Company's products, labels, brochures, flyers, catalogs,
postcards, posters, existing pictures are collected for scanning purposes. Any existing materials for the site are
provided. This will serve as the basis for deciding on the content and
structure, as well as the visual design of your web site. Our Photo session
service is available for California clients only.
SERVICE
AGREEMENT – Before we proceed with the project we require our clients to
review and sign the WDSCOM Service Agreement. This gives added confidence to
both parties and sets the parameters for the project. The WDSCOM Service Agreement shall form the basis of our

INITIAL LAYOUT AND DESIGN
Once the
requirements are clarified, and the WDS Service Agreement signed, the next step
is to design the prototype of the website/web application. We will work out a
graphical website design incorporating the overall 'look and feel', color schemes, logo and navigation features
as specified by the client.
The prototype
will be hosted in our server. The URL will be provided to the client. This will
help the client find how the work is progressing. Client is allowed as many
changes during this phase until we make you very happy with our design. Before
we deploy the scripts. After the
modifications and refinements are done, the client can actually see and verify
for them self how the end product will look and function.
FIRST PAYMENT
Normally we
require 25% Design and Development Fee of the project cost to be paid after we
have render the homepage design and client approved the design.
PRODUCTION
COMMUNICATION
We will now
start the main stage in development and as we proceed we will be in constant
communication with whom handles this project with your company. You will be in
direct communication with our project manager/webmaster Manny -working with
your project.
DEVELOPMENT
Once design is
approved, the rest of the content is added. The cgi-scripts are incorporated
e.g.. Search facility, forum etc. In case of a backend intensive websites,
ASP/PHP pages are developed and linked to databases so that content can be
dynamically generated and updated easily by the client. The client's host server has been setup
and the 2nd Payment will be made.
RESOURCES
During the
development stage, it is very important that the information provided to our
company is complete. And it is
not, delay will occur at the rest of the stages. So it is very important that
all info, photos, database and documents are in order and complete.
REVISION-1
We deploy a
complete site including the installed scripts, security and database. In
essence, this site is fully functional at this rev. However, there is always
something to modify to the clients satisfaction so we call this rev1.
REVISION 2
This is
our target completion rev where all modifications are done and the site is
fully functional. If this is not the final revision considering our/your
reviews, and refinements,
As a client, we need to
know if we completely satisfied your company on our work, if not we will do our
best to make your expectations 100% satisfied.
ALPHA &
BETA TESTING
SPEED, META TAGS, & LINK TEST
Your web site will not be
announced finished until we have made sure that every link has been ironed out,
every link leads to a destination, and every function works as it should. We
perform accurate testing on each site we produce, anticipating problems that
might occur and solving them beforehand. We do real-time testing to ensure that
each page loads within a maximum time limit.
OPTIMIZATION
Although
images and pages are done optimized during the production stage, there is
always some things that can be reduced to speed up your site.
SITE LAUNCH
In this
phase, the website is opened to the public. "Under Construction"
notices are removed and the website is ready to be used by the public. Client
and employee's email has been setup. However, we would continue to monitor the
performance of the website/web application for a period of One month from the
date of going 'live'. This is a complementary service offered by us and any
problems found during this period will be solved without any additional cost.
But our clients also have the option of signing up for comprehensive site
maintenance and post development support agreement. Final Website and
Development Payment will be made.
